Jack Cohen 04/27/2016 We desperately needed our hand made rug cleaned and looked on Yelp for help. Me and my wife reviewed pictures posted by megerian rug cleaners and decided to give them a try. The girl on the phone was very helpful by giving us a great deal for cleaning and minor restorations, which we needed considering that the rug was chewed by our puppy. They were able to pick up the rug the next day, however my wife and I decided to drop off the rug ourselves and see how they operate. visiting their cleaning plant was the best idea since we got to see first how our rug was being washed and the many other rugs which were being restored. Their specialist was very helpful in answering all the questions professionally. Today our rugs were delivered and their delivery guy Pete was very friendly and careful. All in all, we had an excellent experience with Megerian rug cleaners. reasonable prices, great result, very professional, no hidden charges and friendly professional staff. Thanks again, Jack
